This morning started early. (For me anyways). Had to drive through split pea soup fog for an appointment and yes, I came upon a buggy. Couldn’t believe they were out, but I was on high alert looking for distractions on the road, plus, I had a passer-by flash his lights at me to warn of an upcoming obstacle. Thank goodness for helpful citizens.
