Yesterday was a fun filled day that I think I will happily keep in my memory bank for my lifetime. 😊 Dad and Marilyn made the trek to Ashland to visit and got to have a tour of our house, because you know, I just had to show them my thrifted treasures. I got new (previously someone else’s) loved and personally made artwork. I decided I wanted to brighten my home and what better way than with someone’s God given talent. I think they had fun looking on every wall and in all the nooks and crannies. I know Dad did especially, because we all know he likes to be a friendly snoop. 😘

Off to Jule’s and Nate’s house then to show off all the hard work that Nate, Julie and Dad put into their home. Dad and Marilyn were both impressed and loved the high ceilings and the brightness of the home and really loved Julie’s flare for decorating her home. I think they thought the porches were such a huge plus! Great place to sit and watch the birds.🦅🦉🐿🍀🌺. And to watch the wildlife! Yes, they definitely loved it! The charcuterie board with cookies, cheese, crackers and grapes was the icing on top! Vivi was a bit shy, putting her arm up to cover her face, but she still was a lil runner arounder. My new word “arounder” 😉

Then we headed to Kyle and a Katie’s home where the noise level increased quite a bit! Kelly, Mila and Max met us there so they could see Grandpa and Marilyn before they had to head out to a friends birthday party. But before they left, they all got to chat a bit and Mila preformed many of her cheers for them. They thought she was a great cheerleader! Jule’s and Nate stopped and picked up pizza and brought it over so the house was full with ALL of us! Just like we like it! Lincoln decided Great Grandpa and Great Grandma needed to see him transform into a Spider Man and he was whizzing around the house spinning his webs….Him and Max were our noise makers and Vivi would let out her screams of delight when Max and Lincoln were on hot pursuits down the hallway. Junie hung out with us Grownups watching all the commotion around us. Dad and Marilyn had fun exploring Katie and Kyle’s house too learning about all the projects in process and the one’s completed. Sooo many done and the place looks great! They especially loved the back porch..such a great place to hang out!

Many laughs ensued today and I’m so glad they made the trip. And the big plus was the day turned out sunny! 🌼🌝🌼
